An Evening of Indian Art and Rajput Gastronomy

The evening was organised to welcome the Celebrity Chef Sanjay Thakur and to celebrate the beauty and amalgamation of fine art and gastronomic sensibilities. These genres have always been combined as a tradition in the royal courts of South Asia. Historically new complex recipes were also developed for formal functions and family gatherings. Keeping within this tradition Adhiraj Singh and Celebrity Chef Sanjay Thakur @thakursanjay87 created a new dish alongside the generational family keema minced spiced mutton recipe.
